If you are unable to log in you can retry by simply filling in your correct username and password. After three attempts the system blocks your account automatically to prevent other people from accessing your account.
In order to be able to log in into the system again, you have to reset your password. This can be done in the login screen: Click on the 'lost password?' button and fill in your username and e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with a link which allows you to reset your password. Please note that the link expires in 10 minutes.
You can also ask the admins in your brand to change your password for you. To do this, they'll have to go to 'Manage settings', 'Users' and change the password in your account.
Keep in mind that we want to keep your environment as protected as possible. That's why you should never send us or anyone else your login information. This is also the reason that we won't reset or change passwords for you.
